We have more than 20 doctors and practitioners who work together on your case, each specialized in their discipline: Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Active Release Technique, Acupuncture, Massage and Strength Training.

What to Expect During your first visit:
At Fix Body Group we pride ourselves in offering world class service. We are not just another chiropractic office or training arena. we are a unique facility that specializes in all aspects of non-invasive health and wellness which we integrate to offer you complete care. When you walk through the front door, you will be greeted by one of our friendly reception team members. You can consider them your personal concierge; they are knowledgeable in all aspects of our facility, weather it’s getting you some fresh flavored water, answering questions about other services we offer or scheduling your next appointment. Our main goal is to get back to doing what you love, pain free and stronger than before. We have hired and trained a team who are all experts in their field. Our practitioners collaborate with one another on your case, to ensures you will receive a personal, seamless experience. It’s common for your treatment to include several different practitioners in a single visit as each is highly specialized in their particular field.
If this is your first time visiting our facility, here are a couple items that will help you get the most out of your experience at Fix Body Group:
We are located in the Ralph’s/Trader Joe’s plaza at 10th and University and there is ample free parking in the lot. We are next door to Gila Rut and above Big City Bagels.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to receive a tour, fill out appropriate paperwork if you have not done so already, and change into comfortable clothing in preparation for you treatment or training session.
If you are visiting us for chiropractic or therapy care, we will recommend you do all of your paperwork online prior to your appointment to save you time. You can input your information here. Your intake specialist will greet you in the lobby and bring you back to one of our state of the art, private treatment rooms. All new patients undergo a comprehensive assessment and evaluation during their first visit. The intake specialist will administer a series of assessments to diagnose injury, source of pain, areas of strength and weakness or poor function and gather other information. After the evaluation and assessment, we will use the information gathered to create a treatment plan unique to you. We will begin your treatment during your first visit. We believe the process of pain alleviation should be addressed immediately. We will discuss a timeline to address the recovery for each injury or affected area. Every 6-12 visits patients undergo a re-evaluation to assess their progress so that appropriate changes can be made to the treatment plan.
Most therapy offices will not deal directly with the insurance companies. They will create you a “superbill” which you can submit yourself while having to pay all costs out of pocket. Our concierge service goes beyond that. We submit your claims and billing for you. If you do not have insurance or you have not met your deductible, we offer cash rates and have an in house finance manager that can help create a payment structure that works for you, and we never charge interest. If you have come for a training session with our personal training department your first appointment will be with our Director of personal training. If it is your first time you will need to fill out all required paperwork at the front desk, they will then introduce you to your trainer. All new clients must undergo a comprehensive Athletic Physical Assessment. During this initial session, the personal training director will discuss goals and lifestyle with the client and take them through a full range of exercises and movements to determine areas of strength, weakness, inflexibility, injury, and current level of fitness. The initial session is 1 hour. When coming in for a training session with us, we advise you to come dressed in comfortable athletic clothes that allow you to move easily. We recommend a t-shirt, gym shorts and athletic shoes. We have a shower for your convenience. Also provided are towels and bottle of water.

Please note that we require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Missed appointments (no call, no show) and late cancels (less than 24 hours will be charged a $30 fee to the credit card on file. Please arrive prior to your scheduled appointment time to make sure you receive the full benefit of your treatment time. We are unable to extend sessions for late arrivals as we have other patients scheduled in immediately following your appointment. Arriving late would mean loosing valuable time off of your treatment.
